Online Order Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you purchased directly from Pradeep Publications, please note that books are returnable within 5 days. Downloadable products are not returnable or refundable.

If you have a registered account on PP store you can submit a return request online! Log in and follow these instructions:

• Click on My Account Order History
• Find and select the order for which you’d like to request a return. If the item is eligible for return, the Return Item link will be available.
• Click Return Item and complete the required information and submit your return request.

If your order history is empty, Contact Customer Service to have your account number added to your online account.

Retail, Distribution, and School Accounts

Returns will be accepted and credit issued if:

• Items were purchased directly from Pradeep Publications.
• Returns are within nine (9) months of purchase date for up to 10% of the order, for orders not less than 500 copies.
• Original invoice number is included.
• Returns authorization number (RA#) is obtained from office.
